Bake OvenFresh Sausage Rolls directly from the freezer. Bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for 35 minutes. For an extra sheen, apply a thin layer of egg wash to the surface of sausage rolls before baking.
Store in the freezer for up to 1 year.
Once OvenFresh products are fully cooked, we recommend consuming the products within 12 hours or 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator.
No, we do not use any leavening agent in our puff pastry. Our puff pastry is folded and rested multiple times to give you a fluffy layered texture.
Our products do not contain peanuts and tree nuts.
Yes, our Spicy Italian Crumble Roll is made of plant based protein wrapped in our signature puff pastry.
No, our products are currently not certified organic.
OvenFresh products are made in Vancouver, BC.
